1. What Hisobchi AI is

Hisobchi AI is an informational assistant for small businesses in Uzbekistan. It explains tax regimes, bookkeeping practice, 1C:Enterprise workflows and labour-law obligations in plain language, with a citation to the underlying source.

2. What it is not

It is not a licensed accountant, a lawyer, a tax agent or an auditor, and nothing it produces is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. It cannot file a return, register a contract, or submit anything to any authority on your behalf, and it will never offer to.

For a filing, a dispute, an audit, a regime election or any document you are about to sign, take the answer to a licensed professional. The assistant is designed to tell you this itself, and you should act on it when it does.

3. Accuracy, and its limits

Regulatory content is drafted against primary sources — lex.uz, soliq.uz and my.mehnat.uz — reviewed by a qualified accountant before publication, and flagged for review when a tracked source changes. Rates shown on this site are current as at 1 June 2026.

Even so, Uzbek tax and labour rules change frequently, and a language model can be wrong. You are responsible for verifying any answer against the primary source and with a professional before you rely on it. Where we discover a material error in published content we correct it, log the change with a date, and notify affected recent users where we can identify them.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to under-report turnover, split a business artificially to stay under a threshold, avoid issuing receipts, or employ anyone informally. The assistant will decline and explain the lawful route instead.
• Do not send other people's personal or financial data without their knowledge.
• Do not attempt to resell, scrape or white-label the service outside a signed partner agreement.
• Automated or excessive use may be rate limited.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you send. You grant us only the permission needed to process your question, return an answer and maintain the conversation, as described in the Privacy Policy. Business-tier 1C:Enterprise access is read-only.

6. Availability

The service is offered as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features described on the pricing page with a planned month range are roadmap items from the company's business plan, not commitments of a delivery date.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Hisobchi AI LLC (MChJ) is not liable for loss arising from reliance on an answer that was not verified with a licensed professional before it was acted upon. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
